Missing In Action
Hi all I've been missing for a while. Sorry it's been so long but the the things is I've been working like a dog lately. I have gotten alot closer to finish my career in the army and move a step closer to finishing my degree. Right now me and Em have been looking for work for a job for me either in Stockton or Portland. Stockton because it's family and it will be easier to get work and support my wife, Portland because it's Portland oh yeah there's the whole finishing cascade thing. Plus I'm excited about showing my wife all the great churchs in Portland. So my friends life has been a great blessing. A week and one half ago I got to see the baby he was so cute. Waving and shaking his butt. ( I say He but we are waiting to find out) Anyway they tried to tell us it was older than he was becuase he was so big. But that happens with us Peters babies. I think my mom said I was 9lbs 10 ounces and my brother was bigger than me. But luckily enough while my aunt in law was down I learned the richards girls were great baby makers. They just pop em out with no real issues. So hopefully her natural baby producing genes despite my huge baby genes will not be so bad but we will see....

Well not anything in paricular, I'd like to make decen t money, Last year I made amount because I was deployed But we are now nearly completely out of dept praise God and I can afford to live simple. But I don't know I've applied for about 20 management jobs we will see. I love to work in ministry again. But its so hard working in ministry knowing I can't stay for more than a couple years.

Have you thought about working with one of the many new churches up here?
Live simply so that you can live off a small income, and then dedicate the rest of your time to ministry. You know, the Paul type of ministry (without the traveling).
There's lots of exciting things going these days.

Cool. That's AWESOME!
[Sadly, most first-time ministers don't las much longer than you stay in one place anyway. Sometimes I think that churches should hire "journeymen" ministers to fill the gaps between long-term hires]
